Lil’ Ronnie is the owner of Lil’ Ronnies’ Beachside BBQ & Taste Of Tofino. He grew up cooking for family on the East Coast. Now he has turned his passion for cooking for friends & family into a career. Specializing in cooking and organizing large events and wood-fired BBQ, he’s sure to make your dinner one not soon to be forgotten.
Raphael Ouellet
Executive Chef
Chef Raph made his way to Tofino five years ago. Honing his skills at the former Ice House, then moving on to become Executive Chef at Lil’ Ronnie’s. Now he oversees all menus and executes both large and small caterings with precision. when he’s not in the kitchen he can be found foraging in the woods or on the water while enjoying an ice-cold Lucky!
